Mahalo was born from a personal journey. Our founder, Annie Duvall, was told that feeling tired and run-down was just a normal part of being a mom over 40. After struggling with her own health issues, including arthritis that began at age 30 and a later Hashimoto's diagnosis, she refused to settle for a diminished quality of life.
This experience ignited a passion to find real answers—not just for herself, but for her community. It led to a 20-year journey of research into everything from hair restoration to hormone balancing. Mahalo is the result of that journey: a clinic dedicated to providing the effective, root-cause solutions she fought to find for herself.
