Our Story

Mahalo was born from a personal journey. Our founder, Annie Duvall, was told that feeling tired and run-down was just a normal part of being a mom over 40. After struggling with her own health issues, including arthritis that began at age 30 and a later Hashimoto's diagnosis, she refused to settle for a diminished quality of life.

This experience ignited a passion to find real answers—not just for herself, but for her community. It led to a 20-year journey of research into everything from hair restoration to hormone balancing. Mahalo is the result of that journey: a clinic dedicated to providing the effective, root-cause solutions she fought to find for herself. Our menu of services is long because we are constantly seeing the needs of our community and adding the treatments that will truly help.
